Description: Scholarship is open to African American, Hispanic/Latino, and American Indian students who are graduating high school seniors or college freshmen, sophomores or juniors intending to or already majoring in chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering or a chemically related science.
5. NASA Space Settlement Contest:
Amount: Up to $5,00
Deadline: March 1, 2016
Description: Contest is open to all students up to the 12th grade from anywhere in the world. Students must develop space settlement designs and related materials. Students can apply as individuals, small teams (two to five team members) or large teams (more than six team members).

Description: Scholarship is open to financially challenged students who want to study abroad and gain the intercultural skills needed to succeed in a global economy. Applicants must be planning to study abroad in Brazil, China, India, Malaysia, or South Africa.

BASKETBALL HOOPSTERS Your lady huskies will be moving on to regional’s. Though your lady huskies did not win districts there season will be on the line Thursday. Your lady huskies and huskies went against Hominy bucks to see who would be playing against the Rejoice Christian Eagles. The boys fell to Hominy in a tough battle to end the boys season. The lady huskies won the first around of districts against to Hominy, but fell short of a district title. The lady huskies still have a chance to win some hard ware for the school trophy
case. They lady huskies will be in the losers side of regional’s but, they have to win the next three games to be able to have a plaque for the school. The lady huskies play crossings Christian in the first round of regional’s. The lady huskies have a great chance of taking regional’s. The boys have had a good season most of the boys will go into track or baseball. The boys have fell short to hominy just two day before the first round of districts though the boys played hard they just could
not shake up hominy enough to win. The seniors we will be saying bye to the years are in the list below. GOOD LUCK TO THE LADY HUSKIES!!!
