Duties I/c all table personnel Responsible to Technical Manager Responsible for smooth & timely running of matches I/c anthems and flags Act as second timekeeper As per FIL guidelines Record goal scorers/assists etc As per FIL guidelines Operate electronic timer/scoreboard Make announcements throughout match Confident speaking voice required. Guideline script provided Observe and record detailed match stats. Possible use of computer programme
Ball patrol UST7
Positioned around the pitch boundaries to ensure smooth flow of play when ball goes out of bounds. Suitable for Under 16’s
Stewards UST8
Duties may include all/some of the following: Supervising the entry gate Selling/checking tickets Meet and greet and directing spectators Maintaining a presence pitch side to ensure boundaries are kept clear Wearing the Regina mascot costume and engaging with spectators and/or acting as the mascot escort.

Saturday 2 July 2016 13.00 Curtain Raiser – England U19 v Sweet Chariot All Stars 16.00 England v USA Stewards – you will have a ground pass to allow you to watch the matches when not on duty. If there are sufficient volunteers we will rotate the team so that all get a chance to see some of the Eng v USA game. You will be required ALL DAY or for one of the shifts:11.30am - 2.30pm 2.15pm - 6.00pm at the latest Table personnel/Announcer/Match stats/Mascot Curtain Raiser 12:00pm – 2.30pm. Eng v USA 3.00pm – 6.00pm Ball Patrol 12.30 pm– 2.30 pm 3.30pm – 6.00 pm
