USA Cycling Collegiate Track National Championships Eligibility Rules 1. 2. To enter the Points or Scratch Race, riders must be a USAC Track Category 3 (or higher) or USAC Collegiate Category A. For other races, any category is acceptable. 3. Teams may enter up to 8 men and 8 women TOTAL in the National Championships. 4. Teams may enter up to 4 men and 4 women in the Points Race. 5. Only points earned by a team’s top three placing riders in any individual race will count toward the team omnium. 6. Individual riders may enter as many individual team races as they wish. 7. Only a rider’s top three individual results will count toward the individual omnium. 8. To be eligible for the individual omnium, riders must score points in both a sprint (1k/500m, Match Sprints, Scratch Race) AND an endurance event (3k/4k, Points Race, Scratch Race). Note that scratch races can count to fulfill either requirement.
