In conjunction with existing TSA Pre.t'TM eligibility. other expedited screening initiatives. and Managed Inclusion volume projections. the ERSC conservatively estimates that about 30% of the traveling public could receive expedited screening by the end of calendar year 2013 using the recommended baseline
