Attendees:
• Sectionals ○ October 30-31st ○ Active.com Will send out an email for registration ○ Hotel Option - Stanford Terrace ○ Hilary will not give us an update on T-Shirts ○ 3 spots for Nationals Some push back from the section since other sections give out 2nd and 3rd place bids in other ways Push back on having all three teams receive stipends (instead of two teams) ○ Encourage teams to update team profiles online at www.tennisoncampus.com ○ Halloween Costume Contest Best of □ Throughout the two days Small prize for the winner Downtown Palo Alto probably not much going on. Stanford can try to see what they can put together • Winter/Spring Tournament schedules ○ California Cup - Late March Need to check dates of Spring Break ○ Nationals - April 7-9 ○ Davis - January and February ○ Sac State is looking into hosting it offsite (Rio Del Oro) Working on scheduling ○ Lisa (Berkeley)- still looking at it / court situation ○ USF at Golden Gate Park?? • Nationals ○ April 7-9, 2011 ○ North Carolina • Evergreen Tournament ○ CCSF Won ○ Weird format - 12-14 teams (most teams from Evergreen tournament) ○ Participating Team Medals Cal Saint Marys CCSF SF City College Cal Poly Napa • Upcoming Cal Poly Tournament - October 15-17 Stanford (1) Davis (2) Berkeley (1) • Upcoming Davis Tournament - October 23rd Sign Ups are happening now. • Next Call Scheduled for October 27th at 7:00pm ○ We will have a quick call before the Sectional tournament and since Jimmy is out the following Wednesday
