To provide a welcoming and efficient ‘first contact’ service to all and to assist the Message Central Support team and Message Accounts team in providing an excellent support service to the Trust as a whole. Taking sole responsibility for the reception area; processing incoming post, data entry; collaborating rotas; taking bookings over the phone; dealing with general correspondence and enquiries and any other duties appropriate to this level of post as requested by manager.
