Maintenance/preparation of Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)

Assist with maintaining full set of accounts

Assist with Bank reconciliation

Assist with Debtors control
-
Preparation of branch/associate company accounts reconciliation

Assist with Cash flow management/ fund flow management
-
Statutory and statistical information reports
Requirements: -
Minimum LCCI higher diploma or equivalent
-
Academically strong
-
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
-
Able to multitask and take on different job responsibilities as per company’s requirement
-
Good knowledge of accounting systems (Tally and Focus) would be an advantage
-
Entry level interested applicants with education background in accounts are welcome to apply

2. Marketing Executive This role is an opportunity for candidates to display their marketing abilities and put in practise their fundamental understanding of Commodity Trading. They will be given the opportunity to assist an experienced trader in business development and market research. Career progression opportunities include an eventual transition to a Commodity Trader’s role. Responsibilities: -
Marketing of existing products & business development. Market research & analysis Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, suppliers and port authorities Managing customer relationships and building relationships with new customers Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies Supporting the Trader for other trade related activities
Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of similar experience Fresher's with related academic background in marketing and commodity trading are welcome to apply Able to work independently and self-motivated with enthusiasm for work. Responsible and Result Oriented Willing to multi-task Good Communication Skills Able to converse in Mandarin Meticulous and detailed understanding of the processes Prefer own vehicle – Car / Bike as may have to visit ports, clients etc. Agreeable to 5.5 working day week Candidates should either be Singaporeans or PRs Interested candidates kindly email your resumes to [email protected]
