MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION OVERVIEW
CONVENIENT PICK-UP OPTION
You will receive three hand-selected Biltmore wines each quarter for a total of 12 wines throughout the year. Each shipment includes tasting notes from our winemakers and a unique recipe from our chefs. Wines are shipped direct to your door seasonally (or you can pick up on the estate). Each shipment ranges from $35-75, plus shipping and any applicable taxes based on your state’s requirements and your preferred wine type.
Avoid shipping costs by picking up your Wine Club selections at Biltmore Estate.
PERSONALIZE YOUR SELECTIONS Select your preference for the type of wine you receive in your shipments. Choose from white wines, red wines, our traditional mix of red and white wines, or sweet wines. You may change your preference at any time by emailing [email protected] or calling 1-800-922-0091.
BILLING There is no fee to join the Vanderbilt Wine Club. Membership is for a minimum of one year (4 shipments). Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipment each quarter for the cost of the wines, tax (where applicable), and any shipping costs. Our Red, White, and Mixed Wine Clubs begin shipping seasonally in March, June, September, and December; our Sweet Wine Club begins shipping seasonally in February, May, August, and November.
Please notify the host when signing up that you would like to pick up your wine onsite or opt-in to pick-up your wine at any time by updating your shipping preferences online. Orders will be available for pick-up at the Gate House Gift Shop at the estate’s main entrance, or other identifed estate location, during the second week of the shipment month. Pick-up details will be communicated by email prior to each season’s shipment. If you do not pick up your wine during this time, it will be shipped to you at the regular shipping rate of $15. Once enrolled in estate pick-up, your seasonal shipments will automatically be available for pick up. You may change your preference at any time (or just for individual shipments) by updating your shipping preference through our online account management tool, emailing [email protected], or calling 1-800-922-0091.
PURCHASING WINE ONLINE Live far away or prefer the convenience of online shopping? To receive your membership discount online, simply log in at shop.biltmore.com using the e-mail address associated with your membership and your member discount will automatically be applied.
CANCELLATION POLICY
PURCHASING WINE AT BILTMORE
Club memberships do not have a termination date and are considered active until we receive notice of cancellation. Your membership may be cancelled by calling us at 1-800-922-0091, sending an email to us at [email protected], or writing to us at Biltmore Winery, Attn. Wine Club, 1 Truck Farm Road, Asheville, NC 28803.
When purchasing wine at any of our estate shops, notify your cashier that you are a Wine Club member to receive your discount: 10% on 1–2 bottles, 20% on 3–11 bottles, and 25% on 12 or more bottles. Your discount does not apply to wine purchases at estate restaurants.
SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS
The premium tasting is limited to three tastings or one glass of wine per person for up to four guests. Notify wine bar staff of your membership status to receive benefit. One premium tasting per visit, please. Access to the winery is only available for those that have purchased a ticket or are annual passholders.
State laws require an adult signature for delivery; therefore, we strongly recommend use of a business address for your deliveries. To avoid re-shipment charges, it is your responsibility to inform the Vanderbilt Wine Club via e-mail, phone, or letter at least 7 days prior to the shipment if you will not be available to receive a particular shipment. In consideration of rapidly changing wine shipping laws, please see a wine host or visit biltmore.com/wineclub for ability to ship to your state.
