VBS 2017 VBS Barbecue at the church beginning at 5:30 p.m. Program at 7:00 We will celebrate the Lord’s Supper. Combined Service at 10:00 a.m. at Maranatha CRC. (was changed to this date from the July 23 date) Church Camping Combined Service at 10:00 a.m. at Covenant CRC.

Welcome to Covenant Church We welcome Pastor Rich Loerop as he leads us this morning! Please join us in the Fellowship Hall for refreshments after the service. Large copy LUYH Hymnals are available to those who remain seated as well as bibles. Please ask our ushers for a copy and return them after the service. For those who have a hearing impairment, please speak to one of our sound people at the back of the sanctuary.
NEXT WEEK: Pastor Rich Loerop will lead our service. Next week we will witness the baptism of Clark Jacob Tilstra, son of Ben & Alex Tilstra. COVENANT CHURCH FAMILY: We are mindful of the members of our Covenant family who are unable to worship with us. We pray for Alida Barkhuis, Cora VanderMey, Grace Koopman, and Sita Sloterdyk. May the Lord bless them each day and make His presence know to each of these ladies. As Pastor John Moelker and his family prepare their home in Dresden for sale, may God bless them with a smooth transition and a quick sale of their home. May Pastor Moelker's ministry work in the Dresden CRC continue to be blessed as well in these next few weeks. VBS will be next week and we pray for all of the volunteers helping out, and our hope and prayer is that many lives within our community will be blessed as they hear about and experience the life giving word of God. We pray for our SERVEants as they head out to Palos Heights, Illinois this coming Saturday. May they have an incredible experience as they serve the members of this community in Illinois. SUNDAY SCHOOL: There is no Sunday school today. Summer Sunday school for children ages 3-5 will begin next Sunday.
