YOUR NEXT MISSION: GIVING THANKS FOR THANKSGIVING Susan Ng @susanssavourit No need for meat when you’ve got a soup full of garden vegetables

Amanda Chigumira @fitcheftoronto Vegging out: zucchini threads with roasted Brussels sprouts cremini

Is there a holiday where food brings people together more than Thanksgiving? On Oct. 10, Canadians will gather to enjoy good company, good conversation and, of course, good food. Perhaps more than any other day, the festivities revolve around the food. So this week, we want Gastroposters to give thanks to the food they’re eating this Thanksgiving. Are you going with turkey, Tofurky or something less traditional for the main? If you want to highlight a particular course — the secret to your stuffing or cranberry sauce, how good your homemade gravy is or dish out all the desserts you have planned — please, by all means. Or if you can manage to fit the entire feast in one photo, go for it! The great thing about Thanksgiving is that everyone can enjoy it, so spread that joy with your fellow Gastroposters!

But if you’re willing to share, we’d love to see the recipes behind your delicious dishes!
