3. Thank your Customers for their support and let them know they’ll receive their order and receipt within two weeks of the Fundraiser’s deadline. 4. Add each Customer’s name, purchase amount, and payment type to the envelope to keep a running total of orders to easily track your fundraising goals. 5. Shipping is Free is you deliver the product to the customers. If your customer want product directly shipped to them or to someone in a different area, use the Shipping charts to the right to calculate shipping costs. Shipping charges should be added to the order subtotal before adding sales tax. 6. To calculate Sales Tax, determine the sales Tax (Davis County is 6.5%, if shipping to another area, ask what there tax rate is.) Multiply the order Subtotal (include shipping charge) by the sales tax rate (Ex $30 x 0.065 = $1.95) Add sales tax to the subtotal to calculate total amount ($30 + $1.95 = 31.95). 7. Place each order form and payment in the envelop and keep it in a safe Place. 8. Return the envelope to RAH by Sept 17th.
