I, the undersigned of this agreement, forever discharge and agree to hold harmless, HW Good PTO, and the representatives thereof, from any and all liability, claims or demands for personal property or damage, injury, or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be incurred in the course of participation in the HW Good Fall Open House.
Furthermore, I agree to assume all responsibility for any of the previously mentioned occurrences.
