Venue Rental Rates Jordan Hill Farm (JHF), located on 85 acres in the picturesque, rolling hills of Richmond, Kentucky, is an ideal countryside venue for business and personal/family special events and occasions such as weddings, anniversary celebrations, birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, vacations and getaways, retreats, reunions, workshops/seminars/training classes, fundraisers, and spa days. Below are rental rates for the use of JHF’s hilltop barn known as “Point of View” and/or the main house for a variety of events. Custom rates are available for events of different size and/or duration. For additional charges, JHF can also provide (or arrange for) an array of services needed to complete any event such as catering, catering supplies, makeup and hairstyling, floral services, photography services, centerpieces, keepsake gifts, and lodging for up to 12 people.

Two-day Weekend Wedding Friday (after 1:00 p.m.) – Saturday 10:00 p.m.
Includes Friday setup/decorating, use of facility for ceremony and/or reception, use of main house for bridal party preparations, pre-ceremony light buffet for the wedding party, guest tables and chairs, and a personalized gift for the wedding couple. Seating up to 100 guests. Includes all of the above services with setup/decorating beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the wedding day.
