The Ukrainian СhаmЬеr of Соmmеrсе and Industry presents its compliments to you and is pleased to inform you on the following. Оп August 12,2014 the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law of Ukraine No. 16З6-VII "On the creation of а frее economic zone "Crimea" and the specifics, оf economic activity in the temporarily occupied territory оf Ukraine"
This Law envisages that movement of the goods tolfrom the territory of the Autonomous Republic оf the Crimea is саrriеd out exclusively according to the frее customs zone regime.
We would also like to inform you that, given the сurrепt situation, the Ukrainian Chamber оf Commerce and Industry cannot guarantee АТА carnets that аrе issued оп the territory of the Autonomous Republic оf Crimea. According to the Ukrainian CCI classificator the carnets issued in the Crimea had numbers |JАllзl.,..l... and UA/20l...l.... Besides, in box "I" there was indication "Chamber of Соmmетсе and Industry оf the Crimea" and "Sevastopol Chamber of Соmmеrсе and Industry". I would also like to point out carnets issued in Udraine Ьу the Ukrainian Chamber of Соmmеrсе and Industry guarantee payment of all customs duties (Ukrainian customs ofГtcers fill in the Ьох "Н" of Front Сочеr and counterfoil for exportation of АТА Carnet).
