• The peak demand for the overall study area was observed to be on Friday evening. Utilization rate = 54% •

The Plainfield Public Library parking lot and on-street parking south of Ottawa Street is underutilized, even when areas of high demand near Lockport Street are at or exceeding capacity



Vehicles park outside designated stalls in areas of high demand



No type of parking for the overall study area exceeds 70% utilization
