Environmentally Sustainable Design Our 6 Star Green Policy Villa World adheres to strict environmental and social standards. All our designers are trained accredited Greensmart and BERS professionals. Greensmart provides the housing industry with environmental awareness and recognised skills for more sustainable residential design and construction. BERS is the building energy rating scheme computer program used to simulate and analyse the thermal performance of Australian homes. By performing this function in-house our designers are able to extract the maximum energy efficiency, often far exceeding the minimum requirements.
Quality assurance Villa World adopts a system of quality control from inception to completion on all its projects. We have in place a dedicated team to monitor and rapidly respond to quality control issues. With systems in place to build in quality controls as the project progresses and to focus on continual improvement, we are able to provide a product to the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Established for over 10 years, Handovers.com ensures you are getting what you pay for. They inspect, advise and if necessary mediate with Villa World on your behalf, ensuring that your buying experience is hassle-free.
