GAME ADMINISTRATOR: There will be an on-site game administrator prior for every game played at Tarleton State University. The administrator will be introduced to the umpires prior to the contest. The administrator will be introduced to the visiting coaches upon request.
VISITING DUGOUT: Tarleton State occupies the first base dugout, making the third base dugout available to the visiting team. There is also a visiting bullpen located directly outside the third base fence.
GAME BALLS: The home team will provide the softballs used for all Tarleton home games.
ATHLETIC TRAINING: Tarleton provides water and ice on team benches. There will always be a certified athletic trainer on site. If you have specific training needs, please contact the graduate assistant on site or Rachel Howell (Page 3).
MEDIA RELATIONS INFORMATION: Tarleton’s Athletic Communications department will be on site to keep game statistics, as well as live stats which are available on TarletonSports.com. The Director of Athletics Communications is Dameon Myres and the assistant director and softball contact is Nathan Bural (Page3).
POST-GAME STATISTICS: Statistics are provided at the completion of the game. The stats handed out are the official NCAA Box Score one copy per team, unless more requested. If you would like different versions of printed statistics, they are available upon request. Assistant Director of Athletic Communications, Nathan Bural, will be on site for any questions or concerns regarding the box score. If you have any discrepancies or issues with the stats, please contact Bural. LSC schools and the conference office will receive statistics via emails following the game. The stats will also be available online after the game at TarletonSports.com

Please avoid player locker area in hitting tunnel. You will need to provide your own tees and practice balls for hitting warm up. **In Tournament play, this model will only be used for the first game of the day. All other games will begin as soon as possible following the completion of the previous game. For the two teams scheduled to play next in tournament play, the hitting tunnel and marked area of grass will be made available for warming up. The teams are asked to share the facilities and switch between the hitting tunnel and practice field after 30 minute increments.
