Volleyball Camps Summer 2010
Parental Permission I authorize the staff of the Purple Aces Volleyball Camps to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention. I hereby waive and release the Purple Aces Volleyball Camps and staff of any liability. I know of no physical or mental problems that might affect my daughter’s ability to safely participate in this camp.

Volleyball Camps Camps Include
Camp T-shirt
3 instruction sessions for each junior high camp.
7 instruction sessions for the high school camp
High school campers receive meals between sessions.
Camp begins with check-in at Carson Center lobby. Campers are expected to attend all planned sessions and to follow camp rules and regulations.
