VOLUNTEER FORM
RLGSA VOLUNTEER FORM Make a difference in the lives of children as a Volunteer with Red Land Girls Softball Association. Time commitments usually involve two to three practices and one to two games per week for approximately seven to eight weeks, depending on season. Coaches will also attend an organizational meeting, communicate information to players & parents, and distribute equipment & uniforms. The main requirement is an interest in working with children and a desire to positively influence their lives! Without you as a Volunteer, these fun & valuable programs would not happen. Thank you in advance for your help – not only from RLGSA, but from the girls as well!

Furthermore, I understand that just as I am free to resign at any time, the league reserves the right to cancel my membership at any time with or without prior notice. I give the right to my employers (current and/or previous), persons, references, and organizations to provide any information pertinent to my being selected. I also understand, agree to and hereby authorize a background investigation, which includes a criminal record check. In addition, I agree that I will incur a $12 fee for the background check. *** Notes regarding $12 fee… 1) Fee will be waived for all assigned HEAD coaches 2) Fee is for direct ASA processing & does not go to RLGSA
