GREEN GOODNESS BOWL

FRESH, WASHED GREENS COOKED RICE

TOFU (ABOUT 80GR/3OZ) AVOCADO

COCONUT AMINOS OR TAMARI

marinate the tofu in coconut aminos or tamari for about 15

minutes and bake in the oven at 400°F/200°C for about 25 minutes

once the tofu is done assemble your bowl with the rest of the

ingredients

Tip drizzle some tahini or squeeze some lemon juice to your bowl for some extra flavor!

1/4 CUP COCONUT FLOUR 1 TSP BAKING POWDER 2 TBSP COCONUT OIL

2 TBSP ALMOND BUTTER 1/2 CUP MAPLE SYRUP

1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT

3/4 CUP CHOCOLATE CHIPS

whisk all the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl and all the

wet ingredients in a medium sized bowl

TWO

pour the wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until well

combined
