Nutrition is key to success. You can’t outwork a poor diet. Movement is important for success. Get a standing or treadmill desk, so you aren’t sitting around all day at a desk. You’ll also want to set cues and triggers throughout the day, that help you to get in the necessary movement on a daily basis, needed to fuel the vitality necessary for you to win. To succeed, make sure you take advantage of the Breakthrough Academy community. They will hold you to a higher standard.
