Description These cutting heads incorporate carbide inserts and are placed along the each spiral. This type of head greatly reduces cutting resistance and requires less horse power to cut. These spiral cutter heads are capable of cutting knotty wood, stringy wood and hard wood. If one insert edge is dull or damaged you can rotate it to another edge as each insert has four cutting edges. The spiral cutter head generally produces smaller chips and less noise.
Features 5 x spiral head with carbide inserts Retro fits to selected Hafco thicknesser Heads are pre-loaded with 30 carbide inserts Includes 5 x spare inserts & torque key Please Note: Requires 1 x (6203ZZ) & 1 x (6202ZZ) bearings
