Walk-A-Thon for Missions
Walk-A-Thon for Missions Fundraising to support the children’s home and school in Samuti and Chickhwawa, Malawi Our annual walkathon is on again. It will be held on Friday 15th September, with buses leaving the College at 11:30 am. Students in Years 3, 4, 5 & 6 will walk supervised on the beach from Cotton Tree to Mooloolaba, and are seeking sponsorship. The students will walk 5km in total and we encourage parents, relatives and friends to support them financially. Parents are also invited to join us on the walk. We will meet at the end of Cotton Tree, in the carpark outside the caravan park. To include students from Prep - Year 2 we are holding a “Jeans and Boardies Day” on the same day. Students who wear jeans or board shorts are asked to make a gold coin donation. Every dollar donated will go directly to the projects in Malawi.
