Walsingham Pilgrimage - Monday July 14th – Friday July 18th 2014 We invite you to join us on pilgrimage to the Shrine of Our Lady of Walsingham from the Diocese of Bangor. Travel details. The coach will leave Holyhead at 7 a.m. on Monday picking up pilgrims en route in North Wales before proceeding to Walsingham. Arrival back in North Wales will be in the late afternoon/early evening of Friday. How much will it cost? The approximate cost (coach fare and full board at the Shrine) will be £350. We will know the exact amount early next year when the Shrine has advised us of their 2014 tariff and we have a good idea as to how many pilgrims there will be to share the cost of the coach. How to reserve a place. Please send a cheque for £10 to Mr Elwyn Owen, Crud yr Awel, Llanfaethlu, Holyhead LL65 4PF by November 9th this year. Mr Owen will confirm your booking and send you a receipt by return of post. What will happen next? You will receive an official Walsingham booking form early in the New Year which should be completed and returned together with an additional deposit of £30 by March 1st 2014 at the latest. Both deposits are non-refundable. The full amount is payable by June 1st 2014. Want to know more? If you would like to know more about Walsingham and what pilgrimage to the shrine entails please contact Canon John Nice on 01492 876624 [email protected] The Shrine’s website (www.walsingham.org.uk) will also give you a great deal of information about the Shrine. Come and meet your fellow pilgrims. A meeting for pilgrims and anyone else interested in Walsingham will be held on Saturday February 8th at Holy Trinity Church, Llandudno.
