KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that we, J. RICHARD DURNAN and CARLYNE D. DURNAN, both of Newport, Rhode Island, for consideration paid, hereby grant to RAYMOND E. MAINE and MARILYN C. MAINE of 51 Harrison Avenue, Newport, Rhode Island, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, with rights of survivorship, their heirs and assigns forever, with WARRANTY COVENANTS, all that certain lot or parcel of land, together with the buildings and improvements thereon, known as 51 Harrison Avenue, Newport, Rhode Island, being further identified as Lot 213 on Newport TAP 41, all as more particularly set forth and described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto. This transfer is such that no RIGL Section 44-30-71.3 withholding is required as sellers are residents of Rhode Island as evidenced by affidavit.
