Must be Wartburg graduates, but need not have done all of their undergraduate work at Wartburg. Must have graduated at least 10 years prior to the award year.
Must have been outstanding athletes at Wartburg as substantiated by All-Conference or All-American honors or career statistics. Must have demonstrated evidence of professional or personal achievement after graduation Must have made a contribution in the communities in which they have lived.
