WASDE – 498 – September 12, 2011 SUGAR: Projected U.S. sugar supply for fiscal year 2011/12 is decreased 215,000 short tons, raw value, from last month, due to lower beginning stocks and production. Beet sugar production is lowered 175,000 tons based on lower forecast sugarbeet production. Sugar use is unchanged.
