Emily Wendland-Krueger is a graduate from Bemidji State University where she studied both graphic design and fine art, receiving her Bachelor's Degree Summa Cum Laude in Visual Art. She has been active in the Bemidji art community, participating in the annual Bemidji Sculpture Walk, illustrating posters for Pecha Kucha nights, showing work at various local venues, and receiving a 2015 artist grant from the Region's 2 Art Council. Her art prints can be found at 218 Home+Gift (Bemidji), Unglued (Fargo + Sioux Falls), I Like You (Minneapolis), Covet Design (Minneapolis), Hwy North (Minneapolis), and Sparrow Collective (Milwaukee). Her illustration work can be described as detailed, delicate, fantastical, and often nature themed; she delights in the animal form and expression.
