A big “Thank You” for your continued support for KCMH Radio. Sharathon 2017 was held on April 6,7,8. Our goal was to reach the $50.000 mark by noon on Saturday. As you can see by the photo, we went beyond our goal, and that is because you called in, came by, or submitted a pledge online. The station was full of excitement with our volunteers who answered the phones and our on-air guests. KCMH was able to tithe 5% this year to The Call of Baxter County as well as Galcom International. The Call of Baxter County helps adoptive and foster families. Galcom International distributes fix-tuned solar radios in remote areas.

National Day of Prayer was held on May 4th this year at the Hickory Park Pavilion in Mountain Home. It was a very rainy day which kept some folks away, but we used the entire hour praying for our country. Thank you to all the Pastors and laymen who prayed for the needs in our country. KCMH hosts the National Day of Prayer each year, and we invite you to attend in 2018. It is always the first Thursday in May.

KCMH Welcomes Shari Alexander to the staff

From the GM Hello Friend. I pray that this day finds you well and blessed! I want to extend a heart warmed THANK YOU for all the prayers and support that you provide for KCMH Radio. This Radio Station truly is the Lord’s and it’s by His people that it exists and will continue to exist. I feel humbled and honored to be able to serve in the position of General Manager. My earnest desire is to be the best steward of this Ministry that I possibly can be and, of course, Keep Christ Most High. So, I ask for your prayers as we move forward each and every day.

Shari is the new Digital Media Director. She updates Facebook, Instagram, Twitter as well as the KCMH Website. Like us on Facebook, and follow us on Instagram and Twitter @kcmhradio

KCMH Radio exists to Serve, Strengthen, and Lead. But you might ask, “Serve, Strengthen, and Lead who?” Our purpose is to serve people, strengthen families, and lead people to Jesus. And we don’t just do that by providing programming that edifies over the radio. That is only a part of what we do here at KCMH Radio. For Example, did you know that we have a Prayer Connections ministry designated to praying with any and every one who has a need? We are also actively partnering with local Parachurches and Senior Care Centers to provide ministry resources that will bless its inhabitants. And that’s just a few ways that KCMH Radio Serves, Strengthens, and Leads. I look forward to chatting with you again! But until next time, Remember: Keep Christ Most High

Dear KCMH Family and Friends, As many of you have realized, I am no longer at KCMH due to health issues. I regret that it happened too fast for a smooth transition, but as I had already missed nearly a month’s worth of days since the first of the year there weren’t many options to consider. With my diagnosis of infiltrating ductal carcinoma stage 4 in 2015, it was inevitable that this day would come. I have had chemo, bi-lateral mastectomies, radiation, and am currently on two oral cancer drugs. I go to UAMS in Little Rock every four weeks for appointments. My last scans (December 2016) showed that I am stable. As the old saying goes, “I am in pretty good shape for the shape I am in!” It is the fervent prayers of you and others that have gotten me this far. You may never know how much your prayers mean to me, but I know they carry me through when I can’t even pray for myself. Please continue to pray for me and my family – we need them now more than ever. I have never had a job that I loved and enjoyed more than my years at KCMH. From the very beginning I felt like I had “come home”. Working at KCMH is not just a job – it’s a ministry -and I put my heart and soul into without regret. I have seen KCMH go through several transitions with changes in personnel through the years, and I have every confidence that this is just one more. I know that all of you will continue to help KCMH Keep Christ Most High now and in the future.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Sondra McNelley

The KCMH Tour continues with our 2nd Annual Golf Tournament in July, and a concert in Harrison in August. We are getting closer to our goal for the Zetta Upgrade. We had a fish fry in Marshall which raised over $1,500.00. Thank you for supporting our needed computer upgrade. Our goal is to raise $50,000 by the end of this year in order to purchase the new system.
