Minutes for 5/28/2013 Meeting

by Pam Place Meeting called to order ( 17 in Attendance ) - New members welcomed: Barry & Carol Sterneck. - Secretary’s minutes were read and approved. - Treasurer’s report was read and approved. - As of 4/30/13; ending balance of $3408.18
Old Business: - Date for this year’s annual show; Sunday November 3rd, due to conflicting events for earlier dates discussed. - Show flyers to be made up by Ted and Don Stehle. - Lori O’Byrne looking into possible food vendors for show. - Anna wanted to re-visit business card idea; motion made and accepted. Rob to print up cards. - Anna reserving parking for Turkey Rod show.
New Business: - Barry Sterneck looking into hat and T-shirt prices. - Ted volunteered to show up early and set up DJ equipment for June 7th cruise-in. - Ted to pick out date in August for annual club picnic at Pelican Beach Park in Satellite Beach. - Ted made motion to have additional $1000.00 donated by SCMC to Sharing Ctr., as was discussed previously. Motion made and accepted.
Program: - No program presented. - 50 – 50 Winner: Rich and Anna Peek won $20.00 - Membership Winner: Rich and Anna Peek won $5.00; next month’s drawing: $5.00 - Meeting adjourned.
