HISTORICAI, The Webster Literary Society was the first boy;' society to be organized in this college, and throughout its career has been trying to fill a ] e l l need in student life-that of providing an opportunity for literary expres?ion, combined with the spirit of good fellowship. The Society feels justified in taking pride in the number of its members who have attained a high degree of success in this college and also in their life work, and likes to feel that their work in connection with this organization may have contributed something worthwhile to their development.
