We at the Art Kamangar Center at Merced Theatre believe you should see everything you’ll be paying for up front, this means that there are no hidden fees. PREMIUM PACKAGE Includes:
Access to both Upstairs and Downstairs Lobbies Main Level Stage use
Full Day (Maximum of 10 hours including set-up and clean-up time)
Rent $3500 Deposit $500 minimum, non-refundable *Additional variable costs listed below **Event liability insurance is required. See contract for details.
DELUXE PACKAGE Includes:
Access to Downstairs Lobby Main Level Stage use
Half Day (Maximum of 5 hours including set-up and clean-up time)
$2500 Rent Deposit $500 minimum, non-refundable *Additional variable costs listed below **Event liability insurance is required. See contract for details.
RECEPTION ONLY PACKAGE Includes:
Access to Lobby – variable capacity depending on configuration (No access to Theatre)
$750, Monday through Thursday $1000, Friday through Sunday *Lobby rentals are not scheduled until 30 days prior to the scheduled event date. Deposit $500 minimum, non-refundable *Additional variable costs listed below. **Event liability insurance is required. See contract for details. Rent

$4.00 House Wines per glass (Cost varies for Premium Wines) $5.00 Mixed Drinks $2.00 Soda, Tea, and Juice
Other services may be available that are not listed above; please consult with your event specialist for details. All labor rates are a 4 hour minimum and are subject to overtime and meal penalties. All payments inside of 30 days are to be made via cashier’s check or cash. All expenses due in full, 30 days prior to your event. Weekend and holiday dates may incur a premium charge. Private parties serving alcohol - $300 service fee plus cost of alcohol.
