TODAY, Wednesday 5/24 after school for anyone interested in playing girls soccer in the fall. All levels are welcome. 3:15 in the Pantherdome. (DH)
2. Students in grades 8-11 who are interested 2017 in running for G.O. for the 2017-2018, school year: There will be a mandatory meeting in D12 on Thursday morning 5/25 in A6. Paperwork and information will be handed out at this meeting. You must be present (if you did not come to the first meeting on Tuesday) to be eligible to run. (See Mr. Wuttke or Mrs. Egan with any questions.)

3. The Edgemont Recreation Community Service Scholarship Award is given each year to two outstanding seniors and juniors who have demonstrated, by their actions, the ideal of serving their community. Amount of Award: $1000.00 each Application can be found in the COUNSELING OFFICE and is due by Thursday, 5/25.
4. Tickets are on sale for TEDxEdgemont during periods 4, 5 and 6 TODAY and tomorrow-(the Day of the event) from 8:30 a.m to 12 noon. (RC) 5. Middle School Book Club’s next book is Girl Out of Water by Laura Silverman. Anyone may join us in E3 on Thursday, 5/25 at 8:00 a.m. for our discussion and donuts! 6. The essence of recycling is the cyclical movement of materials through the system, eliminating waste and the need to extract more virgin materials. Supporting recycling means feeding this loop by not only recycling, but also supporting recycled products. Look for products that are not only recyclable but also made from high recycled content.

9. TEDxEdgemont will take place during the
morning of International Day. Tickets are on sale during 4th, 5th, and 6th periods on TODAY, Wednesday. They are $5. This is an excused absence for students who purchase tickets.
