Recommended for both men and women participants. Beginners Welcome. Program involves basic yoga positions, with an emphasis on balance, as well as back strengthening and stretching. Equipment needed: Yoga mat Blocks and straps are optional; a limited number are available at the facility. Newcomers are welcome to borrow an extra yoga mat. Classes are complimentary.
