Hello and Welcome! We would like to welcome all the cheerleaders and families to MCAA Cheerleading! We are excited to start the 2016 MCAA Football and Cheerleading Season! On behalf of the Cheer Board and myself we are excited to see all our returning cheerleaders and meet all the new ones! !

Evaluations

7th Grade - Julie Throgmartin 7th Grade - Kim Oros

Wednesday, July 20th at Mill Creek High School Mascots, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th  Grades may pick up uniforms between 5 and 8 p.m. and will follow this evaluation schedule: 3rd grade evaluations - 5:30 
 4th grade evaluations - 6:30
 5th grade evaluations – 7:30
 2nd grade and Mascots will not hold evaluations.

Thursday, July 21st at Mill Creek High School 1st, 6th, 7th and 8th grades may pick up uniforms between 5 and 8 p.m. and will follow the evaluation and meeting schedule: 6th grade evaluations - 5:30 
 1 7th grade evaluations - 6:30
 8th  grade Parent Meeting – 7:00  (cheerleaders do not need to be present)

What to expect at Evaluations Evaluations will begin promptly at the assigned grade level time. The girls need to wear athletic clothes and shoes.  When you arrive, please check in to receive your evaluation number then proceed to get your uniform bag.  Please check your items and make sure everything is correct.

At your grade level’s start time, the high school cheerleading volunteers will take the girls and teach them a simple chant that they will perform for evaluations.  Parents are not allowed in the evaluation area.  The high school cheerleaders will bring the girls back to the Atrium area once they are finished.

Important upcoming Dates Pig Skins and Pom Poms

Saturday, July 23rd ! GFL Cheerleading/Football Draft – Girls will be contacted by their coach by Sunday the 24th.! Monday July 25th ! Team Meetings & Practices Begin (Squad schedules will vary. Coach will notify you with exact days, times, and locations for practices this week.)!

MCAA Football and Cheerleading will be having our first ever Kick off party! This will be a great way for all the cheerleaders and football players to get to know each other and have some fun! The MCAA pig roast will be on Friday July 29th from 6-9pm at Duncan Creek park. !

! We will be having food, inflatables, DJ, games and more! This will be a fun event that you won’t want to miss! !

Friday- July 29th MCAA Community Pig Roast 6-9pm at Duncan Creek Park ! Saturday, July 30th Stunt Clinic At Pro Cheer - Times will be emailed. ! August 1, 2, 3, & 5 Cheer Camp at MCHS; 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
