Once you arrive, anyone from the Buckhead team can direct you to your meeting room or answer any questions you might have. However, if you have concerns prior to your meeting day, call the Community Manager at 404.465.3485 and they will be glad to assist you!
WHAT IS THE PARKING SITUATION? Parking is available in the Tower Walk parking deck. Entrances to the Tower Walk parking deck are located on Piedmont Road NE next to Farm Burger and Tower Place Drive NE near AMC Theater. Follow the covered Tower Walk walkway to find us directly above Chama Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse. Roam Buckhead offers 3 hour validation for members and guests ($7 for each additional hour and $15 for the full day). WHAT IF I AM TRAVELING BY MARTA?
The Buckhead MARTA Station is located on the red rail line at 3360 Peachtree Road next to Ga. 400. You must be on a red line train (labeled “North Springs” if coming from the south) to reach the Buckhead station. If traveling from the blue or green rail line, exit at Five Points and follow the signs to the northbound platform to get to a North Springs train. From the Buckhead MARTA Station walk down Peachtree Road toward Piedmont Road. Make a right onto Piedmont Road, cross Tower Place Drive NE and Roam is located on your right.
ARE CATERING SERVICES AVAILABLE?
The Roam team is willing and ready to handle all of your catering needs so that you have time to focus on the more important details. Roam’s established relationships with Atlanta’s top-quality vendors ensures that your team has an exceptional and seamless catering experience. However, should you choose to select and arrange your own catering service, there will be a 20% service fee added to the total room rental cost. This allows us to set up, clean up and supplement any additional supplies to keep your meeting running stress-free. In addition, Roam has a full-service café where guests may purchase specialty coffee beverages, soft drinks and snacks. With your consent, we will establish a “house account” for your team to charge any food or beverage purchases to throughout the duration of your meeting. Once your event has concluded, we will add those additional charges to the card on file.
WHAT ABOUT TECH AND ROOM SETUP?
Our business class WiFi network and password will be ready for your team upon arrival. You won’t find any hidden fees at Roam- the projector, screen and any necessary adapters are included in your room rental. Complimentary hand held microphones, lapel mics, conference phones and easels/markers are also available upon request.
WHAT IF WE NEED TO CANCEL A MEETING?
We understand that meetings don’t always go according to plan. In the event that you need to cancel your meeting, we will be happy to refund your deposit in full with a 31-day notice. For any last minute cancellations, please refer to your signed agreement for additional details.
