All players are responsible for: 1. Earning a minimum 1.70 Grade Point Average and appropriate school behavior. 2. Paying a $200.00 Club Sport Participation Fee by April 11. Checks or money orders are to be made payable to Laker Fan Club and should be mailed to West Bloomfield High School or dropped off at the high school athletic office. Please write “Attn: Coach Avery, Middle School Lacrosse” on the envelope. The high school address is: 4925 Orchard Lake Road, West Bloomfield, Michigan, 48323 3. Purchasing and maintaining one’s own equipment. This includes:         

4. Completing the Treatment Permission Form and Athletic Physical Form. Both of these are available on the WBHS athletic website (http://westbloomfieldathletics.com/#/) under the Laker HQ tab. 5. Reading and signing the Fees and Facilities Form. 6. Being willing to commit to an entire season of daily practice and games. The season runs from April, 14th to June 1.
