West Bountiful City Youth City Council Meeting Minutes
February 26, 2015
Minutes of the Youth City Council Meeting of West Bountiful City held on Thursday, February 26, 2015, at West Bountiful City Hall, Davis County, Utah.
Members present: Alison Behunin, Ethan Till, Lucy Holmgren, Joe Holmgren, Anna Parker, Michelle Van Huizen, Austin Gerber, Mark Preece(Advisor) and Tonya Boswell (Advisor) Members absent: Kolton Munden, Gavin Nadauld, Garret Nadauld, Justin Wood, Dallas Guyman, Ellie Jensen, Taylor Sexton, Brooke Strong, Cadence Gordon, Madison Parker, Steven Nordfors, Paige Crandall and Maddie Davis.
This Youth City Council Meeting was called to order at 5:10 p.m. by Alison Behunin. Blythe Boswell led the council in reciting the pledge of allegiance. Anna Parker shared a thought. 1. A discussion for the upcoming Easter Egg Scramble then commenced. It was decided that our two following meetings will consist of filling eggs. We will also meet at Tonya’s house on Saturday, March 21 to fill eggs and eat breakfast. 2. “I love WB” t-shirts are in the process of being ordered. 3. Plans the YCC retreat were discussed. Possible ideas included staying at Country Inn and Suites, getting dinner catered and having a guest speaker. 4. The minutes from February 12, were approved by unanimous vote. 5. There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
The foregoing was approved by the officers of the West Bountiful Youth City Council on March 12, 2015, by unanimous vote of all members present.
