West Chester Soccer Club WCSC Rain-Out Procedures Typically thunder & lightening or flooded conditions will postpone a game. Just because it’s rainy does not mean that your game is postponed: • WCSC hotline at 513-777-1325 to find out if games are on. • If you are traveling to a location – call that club’s hotline to determine. • Bottom of the schedule lists the club’s rain-out info • Communicate this to your team’s parents and cheering fans!
To schedule a RAIN-OUT:
• You are required to email Marcie Rosenston at [email protected]: • Include the following: • Both coaches’ names and team info …. Example: girls wings or boys passers • Date, time and field # of original game • Preferred make-up date, followed by 2 alternative dates (three dates) • Your email address, this is how you will receive your reply
Once you have gotten the email confirming the reschedule: • You need to email the opposing coach to let him/her know all of the details concerning the reschedule – copy [email protected] • Please get a confirmation email from the opposing coach. FYI: • If approved and you are the visiting coach -- bug the heck out of the home coach until it gets rescheduled. Also copy [email protected] •
If they are having problems getting fields – WCSC may be able to secure a field at Hopewell - they would need to bring their own referees or pay ours the WCSC rate.
