****************************************************************************** STIPULATION AND CONSENT ORDER TO EXTEND TIME FOR CREDITOR WILSON CREEK ENERGY, LLC/MARYLAND ENERGY RESOURCES, LLC TO OBJECT TO DEBTORS’ DISCLOSURE STATEMENT Creditor Wilson Creek Energy, LLC/Maryland Energy Resources, LLC (“Wilson Creek”) and Debtors Western Maryland Lumber, Inc. and Western Maryland Transport, Inc. (the “Debtors”) by and through their undersigned attorneys, hereby stipulate and consent as follows: WHEREAS, on June 6, 2014, the Debtors each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors are continuing in possession of their property and the management of their businesses as debtors-in-possession, pursuant to sections 1107 and 1108 of the Bankruptcy Code;

WHEREAS, on February 3, 2015, the Debtors filed their Plan of Reorganization Under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code Proposed by the Debtors [Dkt. No. 221] (the “Plan”) as well as the disclosure statement related thereto [Dkt. No. 222] (the “Disclosure Statement”); WHEREAS, on February 9, 2015, the Court entered an Order and Notice for Hearing on Disclosure Statement [Dkt. No. 224] (the “Disclosure Statement Order”). Pursuant to the Disclosure Statement Order, the Court scheduled a hearing on approval of the Disclosure Statement for April 22, 2015 and set March 11, 2015 as the last day for filing and serving written objections to the Disclosure Statement pursuant to Rule 3017(a) of the Bankruptcy Rules; WHEREAS, the Debtors have agreed to extend the deadline for Wilson Creek to file and serve an objection to the Disclosure Statement to March 18, 2015. WHEREFORE, it is, by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland ORDERED that Wilson Creek’s deadline to file and serve an objection to the Disclosure Statement is March 18, 2015; and it is further ORDERED, that this Order is without prejudice to Wilson Creek’s right to seek further extensions of time to file and serve an objection to the Disclosure Statement; and it is further ORDERED, that the Court shall retain jurisdiction over all matters arising from or related to the implementation of this Order.
