WFC Player Information Sheet for fall 2015 Registration Fees: WFC Club fee for the fall 2015 season will be a total of $65.00 for the season. Registration fees are used to pay for US Club fees/or state fees for DII-DI players, website management fees as well as other expenses and fees to operate the organization. This includes allowing WFC to purchase soccer nets, field supplies, training supplies and equipment, fliers, banners, signs, ads, paper, and printing supplies. Event Fees: (DII-DI state league fees are slightly different) Each team pays to register their team for events that include play dates and tournaments. A players event fees will vary by team base on age group, how many events and which events their team decides to compete in as well as the number of players on the team. Team play date fees range from $100.00 to $150.00 for each one day event. Team tournament fees range from $250.00 to $500.00 for each 2-3 day weekend event. Each team divides the fees between the players. Each WFC team will attend a minimum of 3 tournaments and the WFC tournament. Your coach will go over which events your team will attend and fees associated with the events. (Players provide their own transportation, food, and drinks for play dates as well as lodging for tournaments.) Example: If a U12 team has 10 players and attends 3 play dates that are $100.00 each and 3 tournaments that are $400.00 = $1,500.00 divided by 10 players =$150.00 fee per player for all events. Added to registration fee above and the $25 coach’s fee, each player would pay $240.00 for the season. Because of this, no refunds will be allowed after the teams are set (unless player can’t continue season for medical reasons). Uniform ordering procedure/Fee: New Lower Cost uniforms this season Players will order the new uniforms directly from the WFC’s page on Eurosport/Soccer.com through the “Player Pass” program. Once you are registered and placed on a team, your coach or team manager will provide you with your player number. Your number will also be provided to the registrar to put into the WFC soccer.com system. When you access the site from our club website uniform ordering tab, it will bring you to our soccer.com page. Find and click on your team and find your name. When you click on your name, it will bring up the page with the required and optional uniforms.

Required uniform items for each player includes: 2 jerseys (one navy, one silver), 1 navy shorts, and 1 set of navy socks for a total of $64.38 for youth sizes and $68.93 for adult men’s or women’s sizes. Additional WFC items are also available to purchase on this site under optional items. Any items a player purchases on the SOCCER.COM site still earns the player Goal Club Points and also give the club the same Goal Club Points!
