Job Description Of An Area Restaurant Qualifier Your position as a Superstar Closer will be to present, to some of the finest locally owned restaurants in each of your four assigned Agency Areas (cities), our service that will dominate the restaurant industry throughout the U.S. beginning October 1, 2014. This should take you less than 60 days. That is it, your job is over, but, your income is just beginning!! Then, you will receive $10,000 guaranteed monthly salary, plus $1,000’s monthly in residual income from the “Company’s profit sharing account”. I know I could, but if it takes eight weeks, who cares. They will be the last weeks you will have to work – ever!! You will receive $250 commission for each restaurant you sell. That is $10,000 for the 40 restaurants – 10 in each of 4 cities. Then you will receive $10,000 guaranteed monthly salary, plus $1,000’s monthly in residual income from the “Company’s profit sharing account. That is “petty cash” compared to what you will read in the next paragraph. If you followed my instructions, you will remember that our projections for Club Members is only 23% of the people, 18 years old or older, out of each one million population. Restaurant Presentation Here is where your experience in selling services, products and/or advertising to retail businesses and/or locally owned restaurants will pay you big dividends. You will view the presentation, giving you product knowledge along with closing tools. This is not a “turn the page” presentation. You, a professional closer, will learn the contents of every page and use what is necessary to “close the sale” verbally and/or by referring to a page(s) to make a point. The presentation is designed for a restaurant Manager, to whom you made a presentation, to go to the Website www.TheBestDiningClub.net and let the owner see the presentation that you didn’t have the opportunity to give him.
