WHAT IS THE WILDCAT CLUB?
WHY JOIN?
The Wildcat Club is the primary fundraising organization which provides financial support to each of Daemen College's intercollegiate athletic programs, allowing individuals to have a direct impact on the success of our teams and the Athletic Department as a whole.
The support we receive from loyal alumni and friends is essential to the success of our teams. It also serves as a crucial influence on the stability of athletics at Daemen College. Continued and new support will enable Daemen to maintain its' athletic excellence, maintain and improve facilities, provide equipment and other essentials while also supplementing our overall athletic scholarship budget.
In coordination with its' Mission Statement, the Wildcat Club seeks to provide a rallying point for students, faculty, staff, administrators, parents and the community, providing opportunities for members to build camaraderie amongst one another while supporting Daemen's growing stable of student-athletes and athletic programs. Wildcat Club members are active participants in enhancing the image and spirit of Daemen College Athletics. Members will have the opportunity to exchange ideas and provide leadership as Daemen moves ahead with its’ NCAA Division II membership initiative.
WHO CAN JOIN & WHERE DOES MY DONATION GO?
Membership is open to anyone and everyone who supports Daemen College Athletics and you have complete control over where your donation goes. You can pledge any amount that you’re comfortable with, be it $25, $100, $1,000, etc. EVERY DOLLAR GOES A LONG WAY! You may choose for your donation to be entered into the Wildcat Fund—this is the account we’ve set up for unrestricted athletics use, meaning your donation will be used as best suited according to the Director of Athletics. Or, you can also designate that your donation be put towards a specific team, allowing the head coach to decide how your donation is best used. The Wildcat Club provides alumni, friends, parents, businesses and organizations with an excellent opportunity to help underwrite various aspects of our present athletic program.
