The New Avaya Learning Center A Private Sandbox in the Cloud Toolwire and Avaya are partnering to provide Authorized Avaya Learning Partners (ALP’s) access to virtualized Avaya solutions and platforms. ALP’s using virtual equipment in Toolwire Open as part of a virtual instructor led training (VILT) session receive access to known good* baseline versions of Avaya solutions and platforms to use in a variety of ways including lab exercises and hands-on “Ask the Expert” workshops..
Toolwire Open provides the Avaya training equipment infrastructure without the capital expense investment required in the past. Rather than tying capital up in a single platform, ALPs can use their budget to access a wide variety of solutions to match delivery plans.

* Known Good Environments (KGE’s) are fail-safe software and/or networking environments that are pre-tested and qualified. KGE’s consistently perform as designed and address the inordinate amount of time and goodwill wasted from faulty installations, misconfigurations, and conflicts with environmental settings. KGE’s are managed by a system which automates the setup and tear down of resources required by the KGE to operate. This system provides centralized administration capabilities to eliminate IT burden and administrative tasks associated with setting up a KGE.
