July 1. Get list of parents who did not apply for financial aid. 2. Complete capacity screening. 3. Set annual fund ask amounts at $1,911 or higher.
August • Welcome letter from Parent Council chair to all new parents • Parent and student orientations
September • New parent welcome calls • Parent & Family Weekend promotion • Parent Council solicitation letter from the president
October For new parents: • Follow-up solicitation email from Parent Council chair • Gift Officer outreach For returning parent members: • Invitation to attend the Parent Council lunch. • Gift Officer outreach
November • Parent & Family Weekend • Parent Council reception & lunch • Thank you letter from the president to parents who attended the lunch
The rest of the year • December: two calendar year-end emails
