Timing: The Sweepstakes Period begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 1, 2016, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on October 31, 2016. Eligibility: The Rinnai “Play to win” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to associates of existing dealers, distributors and installers of Rinnai products who, at time of entry, are registered on the Rinnai Training Center website. Employees, family members and persons living in the same households of employees of Rinnai or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies are not eligible to enter. By entering, winners certify that they meet all eligibility requirements. Offer is not valid in Rhode Island and void where prohibited by law. How To Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes, log onto the Rinnai Training Center (www.rinnai-lms.com) and successfully complete a Rinnai eLearning course during the Sweepstakes Period to receive one entry into the drawing. Only one entry is allowed per associate for each eLearning course taken. Each course successfully completed during the Sweepstakes Period qualifies for one (1) entry into the drawing for the region in which the associate is located. Rinnai is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures or errors of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; or incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions. Prizes and Drawing: For the Sweepstakes Period, fourteen (14) winners will be determined in random drawings, which will take place within five (5) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. The drawings will be for a single winner selected from each of Rinnai’s seven (7) Sales Regions and seven (7) Service Regions. Odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries per region during the Sweepstakes period. Each qualified winner will receive a $100 MasterCard Gift Card. By accepting gift card prizes, winner agrees to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by the gift card. Rinnai is not responsible if gift card(s) is/are not used prior to expiration, if any. Once winner has acknowledged receipt of gift card prize, Rinnai will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen gift cards. Winners will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the Sweepstakes drawing. Misc.: All taxes are the responsibility of winner. Except where prohibited by law, winners consent to the use of their name, voice, picture or other likeness without compensation for promotional purposes.
