By participating in the Giveaway you agree to be bound by these Rules. NO PAYMENT OR CONSIDERATION OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. To be eligible to win a prize, entries must be completed and received by Levo League in the manner and format designated in these Rules. By entering the Giveaway, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Rules, which shall be final and legally binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway. 2. Entries: Only one Giveaway entry is allowed per person. Multiple entries from the same person may be disqualified. Use of automated systems to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an online entrant, the prize will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the email address. The decisions of Sponsors are final in all respects. 3. Entry Period: The entry period for the Giveaway begins on December 10, 2015 at 12:01 AM EST and ends on January 10, 2016 at 11:59 pm EST (the “Entry Period”). Hit the “submit” button to enter. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway for registering. By participating in this Giveaway, entrant acknowledges and agrees that he or she will clearly and conspicuously disclose that he or she is participating in this Giveaway in the entry and any online social sharing interaction that references the Giveaway or that is used to obtain entries in connection with this Giveaway. At a minimum, the hashtag “#WintheUltimate2015WinterGetaway” and "#Sweepstakes” should be included in all social media communications sent pursuant to the Giveaway. Sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who does not adequately disclose his or her participation in this Giveaway while engaging in any online social sharing interaction during the Entry Period. Prize: The winner will receive one (1) prize that includes: 1) $2,500 USD travel voucher to be used towards one (1) vacation rental at select Wyndham Vacation Rentals ski properties in North America; and 2) $1,000 USD toward airfare. Terms and conditions of travel voucher and gift card apply. Vacation rental subject to availability and blackout dates. Some vacation rentals may be unavailable due to age restrictions. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, air transportation, meals, incidentals, gratuities, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Sponsors will not replace any lost, mutilated vouchers. Sponsors are not responsible if any event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason. Sponsors are not responsible if winner is unable to use the vacation rental for any reason. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,500 USD. Actual value may vary based on winner's choice of vacation rental. Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value. Odds of winning the prize depends on the number of eligible entries. Only one (1) prize will be awarded. No alternative prize, cash or other substitution is permitted except in the sole discretion of the Sponsors in the event of prize unavailability. No transfer of prize to a third party is permitted. 6. Selection of Winner: The winner will be drawn randomly from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The winner will be notified by e-mail. As a condition to receiving the prize, the winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and a publicity release, consenting to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law and an IRS Form W-9 which must be received by Sponsors, within seven (7) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim the prize. If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the forms or provide any other requested information, within the required time period (if applicable), or the prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Rules. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsors will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.
