WINchester School District Personal Equipment Waiver
I agree to waive any liability for damage or theft of my personal computer equipment/personal electronic device if I choose to bring it to the Winchester School District. I agree that I will not leave my computer equipment/personal electronic device on school property when I am not present. I guarantee that my computer equipment/personal electronic device is equipped with virus protection that is at least equal to Symantec (Norton) Antivirus and that it is kept current. I understand that in the event that my computer equipment/personal electronic device infects any district equipment with a virus, my equipment will no longer be permitted in the school. I understand that if I connect computer equipment/personal electronic device to the district system that such a connection will not be given technical support from the district staff and that I may not in any way modify any district equipment or disable any filtering or firewalls. I understand I will be held responsible for any and all damages to the Winchester School District network. The district will not be obligated to provide any support or repair for my computer equipment/personal electronic device.
