Basic Wind Speed (V): For construction Active, use 20 mph or expected wind speed, if higher. For Construction Inactive, use Table 2.4.1-2 multiplied by 0.6 if the exposure period is less than 1 year. The exposure period is the time period for which temporary load cases of the superstructure exist.
