Camp Registration Fee: A registration fee PER TEAM is due WITH your application form. This registration fee will hold your slot(s) only until the player deposits are received. This fee will be applied to your balance and is non-refundable. Registrations before 5/15/15— $50.00 per team. Registrations after 6/1/15— $100.00 per team. Full Camp Player Deposits: For each player you are bringing, a player deposit is due. This deposit guarantees each player a space in the camp. The player deposit will be applied to your balance and is nonrefundable. Player deposits received before 5/1/15— $50.00 per player. Player deposits received after 5/1/15—$100.00 per player. If we have not received your player deposits by 6/1/15your team reservation is in jeopardy of being cancelled. Mini Camp Player Deposits: For each player you are bringing, a player deposit is due. The player deposit will be applied to your balance and is non-refundable. Player deposits received before 5/15/15—$10.00 per player. Player deposits received after 6/1/15—$20.00 per player. If we have not received your player deposits by 6/1/15your team reservation is in jeopardy of being cancelled. PAY DEPOSITS WITH ONE CHECK. We cannot accept individual player checks. Remaining balance due at check in: Your balance due at check-in must be paid with CASH or school check. Wingate Team Camp June 26-28 Friday-Sunday Seven games guaranteed-Full Four games guaranteed-Mini One assigned coach per team paid $175 for full camp to coach and supervise players on and off the court  One assigned coach per team paid $85 for mini camp to coach and supervise players on and off the court    

Costs: Full Camp 7 games: Per Camper $175 housing and meals (7 games) $70 no housing, no meals (7 games) $125 per assistant or extra chaperone for meals/ housing  One coach included per team for housing/meals Mini Camp 4 games: Per Camper  $85 1 night housing, four meals (4 games)  $50 per assistant coach or extra chaperone  $40 per camper no housing, no meals   

One Day 3 games: Per Camper  $30 per camper no housing no meals
